I’m excited to share some big news about a new project I’ve been working on – a bold step into the future of talent discovery and recruitment. Over the past months, I’ve been heads down developing Valandor.ai, and it’s time to let you in on what we’re building.

Imagine an AI that can autonomously scout and identify the next big star in any field – that’s what we’re building.

To bring this vision to life, we’ve introduced Titan, a critical part of the Valandor platform. Titan is the AI-powered recruitment engine designed to unlock human potential on a global scale. Think of it as a revolutionary way to connect top talent with elite opportunities. We’re moving beyond traditional recruitment and building a platform where individuals are matched with the best possible career paths based on their unique skills, capabilities, and aspirations.

Titan does the heavy lifting by automating interviews, skill assessments, and job matching – all powered by AI. But it doesn’t stop there. Those who join our Titan talent pool will receive VAI tokens, a new currency launching in 2025, which can be used as an incentive within the Valandor ecosystem. By participating, people can earn rewards while contributing valuable insights into emerging talent.
